We had a little over a 30 minute walk today, Boone was freshly bathed and getting ready to go to a trial weekend with a potential adoptive family. We stopped and had a nice chat with a mail carrier; Boone wanted to help sort the mail by sticking his nose in the truck, but I want to assure all of you that he did not steal anyone’s identity while doing so.
I just got a text from Boone’s foster mom and it looks like the new home is working out so far. I’m thrilled that this may be the one for him, but I’m getting a little choked up over here knowing that I may never see him again. The big guy kinda grew on me. Good luck Boone!
