We offer cat sitting, dog sitting, dog walking, care for rabbits, chickens, rats, fish and more.
*sigh*
Times like this, I kinda hate this blog.
Don’t get me wrong, I love writing about “my” pets and sharing pictures, but when it takes 4 hours to do it, well, it’s not so much fun.
My internet has been abysmally slow all day. Windows are freezing, browsers are crashing, and I’ve been bitten on the ankles several times by the demon elves that have overtaken my router.
But I digress.
I was later than usual for my sweet Tobe. I woke up to a flat tire and had to stop at a gas station to refill it. A flat tire that couldn’t be repaired, so I had to pay to buy a new one later in the day. Thankfully, I sprung for the Road Hazard coverage so the new tire set me back $54 but that is less than what I would have paid.
Things started looking up when I spotted this really epic sign on a telephone pole, and then my day really started hopping when I found the giraffe costume.
The pets were not in agreement. Jakie could not be held still long enough to get a decent photo but Roman and Calvin were good sports about it all. I haven’t taken the IGs back home yet because even with being able to go out to use the potty 4-6 times per day, they are still having accidents. With Bo already having accidents, I think it’s best if I keep them where they are for now. I really wanted to get Bo out for a little walk today but the rain wouldn’t allow that. He did get some much-needed brushing though.
Puck and Pappas were happy to see me which is always a nice feeling. A not nice feeling: finding broken glass on the floor. I’m not sure what broke, but I checked the windows and it’s not from that. I cleaned it up so Puck won’t hurt his paws. I also noticed that they were running very low on food, so I stopped at the store to pick up some cans.
