Jersey was not loving the weather, so we stopped early. We will make up for it in the coming days.
It was pretty brutal later this evening so Sammie, Maggie, and I just hung out inside and I read to them from the newspaper. I’ve never tried doing that before, but they really enjoyed it! They both laid down next to me and just listened. When I stopped, both looked up. It was relaxing for me and seemed to have the same effect on them. I think I’ll start adding bedtime stories to my list of activities to do with my clients.
No Tzipie sightings today, but I do believe I saw Mitzi under the bed.
I also met with a potential adoptive family for Cowboy, keep your fingers crossed for him!
Tonight: all pets are happy, healthy, cared for, and snuggled into their beds for the night.
